The vast world of alcohol can be intimidating. Whether it's beer, wine, or spirits, there are an overwhelming number of options, and it can be a challenge to figure out what you might enjoy when you are flying blind. To help with this we've launched "Behind the Bar" - an educational tasting series where we bring in some of our favorite Bartenders/professional drinkers to guide us through a selection and provide some knowledge along the way. It's basically school for booze, which is much more fun than normal school, since you get to drink as you go.
